Dear Mrs. Bullock and Peter,
Dr. Bullock touched so many lives. He was a great influence on his patients, his community and the practice of dentistry through his involvement in organized dentistry.I am sure that you have many fond memories of happy times together and not just the recent challenges that brought your family even closer. I know that he will continue to be a special guardian angel for you all. My prayers are with you and the family at this sad time.

Dear Betsy and family, I am truly sorry to hear of Dr. Bullock's passing. Thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. He will be greatly missed. He taught me a lot when I assisted for him and I will always be greatful for that. It was an honor to work for him for 8 years.
