• When someone dies in a health care facility, either the staff or the family will contact the funeral home.
  
  
• If your loved one dies under hospice care at home, please call the funeral home, and we will make arrangements to bring your loved one into our care.
  
  
• When a death occurs away from home, we will coordinate with local services to ensure that your loved one can be taken into our care as soon as possible. We will transfer your loved one quickly and professionally into our care.
