Dear Betsy and Family....Our hearts break for all of you in your loss of a truly exceptional man. He not only touched so many with his expert skills, but more importantly was always the "go to guy" to depend on when anything needed to be accomplished. His presence will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Prayers to your family at this sad time.

Mrs. Bullock & Family:
My deepest sympathy to all of you in the loss of "Rusty" on Friday. Our involvement in the various dental societies allowed me to become acquainted with Rusty and he was a true professional in every sense of the word. It was obvious that his professional life and his concern for his patients was paramount in living his life to the fullest. His evaluation of concerns for dentistry brought his thought process to the forefront and he was always to great compromiser as these issues were debated.
We will miss Rusty as a professional but I look forward to working with Peter as he joins us as a Dental Resident at the Lehigh Valley Health Network.
You folks have my deepest sympathy and I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Bullocks passing. I worked for him for a short time and he was an amazing orthodontist and great teacher. It was clear how much he loved his work and his patients. May God bless you and bring you peace during this difficult time.
My condolences, Sarah

I met Rusty at Rotary and right away I knew he was a true gentleman. Enjoyed working beside him on Rotary projects. He will be missed but always in our hearts.

Dear Betsy, Dave, and Peter, I wish you the comfort of many wonderful memories you have created over the years. I will always remember our great times on the soccer field and will hold on to those great photos taken by our honorary team photographer. He was always there for our team and I cherish his memory.
