Rusty was a true gentleman. In all of his activities in organized dentistry he sought compromises that would satisfy everyone.
It wasn't an accident that his last activity in organized dentistry was helping to provide free dentistry for the underprivileged.
What a legacy he leaves...

Rusty was club president in Rotary when I first attended a function. The impression he made was as classy, professional, giving, intelligent, warm and friendly. In all the years since, my respect for him has never changed. We are a stronger, better club for his leadership and friendship. Go with God, Rusty

Dear Betsy, David, Peter, Mr G Bullock and family
We are all so saddened by your loss, our loss and really everyone's loss. Rusty was our friend, our colleague, our go to man and just one of the nicest people anyone could ever know...... He's in a better place. We are in a better place because we knew Rusty. Our prayers are with all of you.
