We are so sad to hear about Dr.Bullock's passing. Dr. Bullock treated both of our children for many years and he was always friendly and professional. What a loss.

Dear Betsy, David and Peter,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Thanks to Dr. Bullock, my daughter Mikaela and I were able to move from Rhode Island to Pennsylvania knowing that I already had a job when I arrived here. Doc B was always so good to my family and I - whether he was treating our children in orthodontia, helping me to learn to become a better dental assistant and supervisor and even trying to help my husband when he was unemployed for a stretch - Dr. Bullock always was there to offer help to anyone who needed it. May God bless you all.

Betsy and family,
My thoughts are with you during this most difficult time. I was so fortunate to have Rusty as both a mentor and a friend. He was the best of the best and will be deeply missed.

Betsy and boys: I can't tell you how saddened we were to hear of Rusty's passing. We will never forget his kindness when one of Nick's appliances went wrong....more than once we met Rusty at the office and I even remember him coming to our house. He was the nicest man I know and so connected to all the kids that he saw. Our prayers are with you and yours at this time. Heaven received another angel, one that will make everyone smile...God Bless all of you!

Betsy, David, Peter, Uncle George, Pat, Bill, Bruce, LizAnn, Brian, and Renata,
We are so sorry for your loss. Rusty was an incredible man and friend. I have known him my entire life as part of my family. I have such fond memories of times together as kids hanging out on Seckelpear Rd and family times together. As adults our paths crossed less often, yet I valued your kind and gentle soul. I spent many an hour sitting in your waiting room and can attribute part of Jennifer's gorgeous smile to your wonderful work! It was also wonderful randomly running into you at Jules Pizza and seeing you and Betsy at King of Prussia Mall. Each year when we go to Lois's place in Chamberlain, ME, I am eager to read the little book Lois keeps to catch up on the Bullock news. I will always think of you and your entire family when I am there with such fondness. I truly thank God that our parents became best friends all those 60 some years ago and brought you all into our lives.
You will be greatly missed Rusty.
Love, Lynne and Bruce Dore
