Dear Betsy, David , and Peter,
We are so sorry to hear about Rusty's passing. Knowing him since 1974, (back at U inversion of Pittsburgh Dental School) he was a very kind, intelligent, engaging young man and outstanding professional
We remember your visit to our home in New Hope when you both arrived to start your professional and personal adventure in Doylestown.
I can only imagine how proud Rusty was of his sons as they are a credit to both of you.
Our prayers are with all of you. Our sincerest sympathy.
Karen and Bruce

To the entire Bullock family,
I want to express my sincere sympathy to all of you on the passing of Dr Bullock. He was truly a wonderful man who touched so many people in so many ways. I had the pleasure and honor of working for him for 5 years and he was such a dedicated doctor of his profession. Doylestown will not be the same without him and he will forever be in the hearts of all he touched.
Rest in peace Dr Bullock.

I am so saddened to hear of Rusty's passing. I have known Rusty for a long time, ever since he first came to Doylestown as the "new" orthodontist in town. I was a junior in high school at the time, with thoughts of becoming a dentist. Rusty was fresh out of school, and I will never forget his enthusiasm for the profession, and how he took the time to meet with this young kid, still in high school. I will always remember Rusty's kindness, and his love of his profession. My thoughts and prayers are for him and his family.

Dear Betsy and the entire Bullock family,
Our love and prayers go out to you all. We were so blessed to know Rusty.... he was a wonderful friend and colleague and he exemplified the best of what a person could be. He loved life, and he brought so much joy - to our community and beyond! Rusty was blessed to have God-given talents, and he developed those talents to the fullest, using them to help others. In the process, he gave the world so many beautiful smiles - what a great legacy! Rusty will be missed forever, but we hope you find comfort in knowing that Rusty will live on in all the lives he touched but especially in your beautiful and loving family.
