Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Rusty was always a caring, loving and considerate person and I will miss him dearly. He made such a big difference in the lives of others professionally and through his humanitarian service to the poor. May God's peace be with you and your family.

Dear Bullock Family,

My heart goes out to you for your loss. Dr. Bullock was always a great pleasure to be around whenever I stepped into his orthodontist office. He would always greet me with a warm and welcome smile and then tell me that I was not wearing my brace for my teeth. He was a very intelligent man. No matter how many times I told him that I was wearing my brace, he knew that I wasn't. Dr. Bullock helped influence my decision to attend Juniata College, and I know he was proud of me for going here. I will not be able to attend the service tomorrow, but Rusty will forever be in my prayers.

Rusty you will never be forgotten.
