Brian and Martha, we are deeply saddened to hear the news of Jack's passing. I will always remember Jack as a carefree child who always had a smile on his face. I feel very privileged to have coached him. You and our family are in our prayers.

I didn't really know jack that well every one else but we were in a 3 on 3 pond tournament for Christmas. We won the first game and by then I new jack was a amazing goalie but after the game we were in the lobby of the ice rink just talking and I realized he is really nice and really funny so I even if I didn't know him as we'll I knew he was kind, funny, strong hearted and a really good goalie. I will pray for Jack all the time and am really sorry.

Martha, Brian, Sander, Zachary and Maggie,
Our hearts and our prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Jack was a class act teammate as well as classmate; by giving it his all in all that he did. We will miss him dearly as #82 for Ice Dogs and #43 for Lansdale Catholic Middle School ice hockey team's.
Rachel quotes: "He was always positive and gave it his best".
