I was shocked and saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I will always remember Bill for his warm, friendly and welcoming manner and his great smile. He was one of those people you knew was a genuine stand up guy, and even though we only saw each other occassionally the conversation was always easy. Patty and Ed also always spoke fondly of Bill and always enjoyed spending time together. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the boys and your grandchildren.

I am sorry for your loss. Bill was one of the guys who interviewed and hired me as a mechanic at PECO. Although my time working with him was short I saw him as a good technical trainer and hard worker. My thoughts and prayers are with the Flemming family.
