Denise and I were soccer moms and Matt has always been a special, funny kid that everyone likes. This is crushing news to hear of Denise's passing. My heart goes out to their entire family, this is tough to understand. Denise, you will be missed. You were a fun person, nice, witty, friendly and chatting with you made the soccer games go by more pleasantly. I just ran into Matthew a few weeks ago and thought, still a great kid - those parents are doing something right.
My sincerest sympathies to anyone family member or friend who is affected by the loss of Denise. Especially, the children - Rachel and Matthew. I pray this is the LAST hardest thing you will ever encounter in life and know that you are cared about by everyone.

MaryAnn, Colleen, Rach, and Matthew.... My heart breaks for you and all of your family. I know that no words anyone says can possibly take this pain away, so I simply want to say that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Know that your beautiful mom, daughter, and sister is safe and at peace now. She will always be with you, loving you and guiding you. Keep your eyes open, she will let you know she is with you in the subtlest of ways. Lean on each other and love each other though this. Love will pull you all through, I promise. Rest in peace, Denise and keep watch over your beautiful family.
