We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Mark. He fought courageously, and always with a positive attitude. What an encouraging man to have known, and a wonderful neighbor. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Dear Barbara, Lauren, and Allison,

I still remember when we drove down to LaSalle College with Mark to help him move into his freshman dorm in 1973. He was just beaming with excitement. Maybe he knew he was in the right place at the right time - poised to soon find the love of his life and enjoy many years of professional success and personal happiness. I'm sure it was the joy he found in his life with you that made his astonishing strength and perseverance these last five years possible. Joachim, Nico, Nola, and I send all our love.

To our wonderful neighbors, we have been blessed by your presence, inspired by your courage and saddened by your (and all of our's) loss.
