I will miss John, as I have known him from 2 tennis clubs, Neshaminy at the George School and from Bucks County Club.
John had a terrific upper-cut spin shot that was difficult to return.
Sorry to lose you.
Best regards, Linda.

To Lin, Christi and family,
How sad we are to hear the news of John's passing. He was a dear friend and we will miss him. I always remember our time together in Daikonyama (our Tokyo apartments). John was ever so smart. He tackled Japanese with great intensity. His engineering talents were quite apparent when he gave advice about our Cub Scout Pinewood Derby designs, but even more evident was his patience! John was the first person we knew to take musical CDs seriously - he was ahead of his time! We also enjoyed visits at the Yardley home where we would reminesce about our Japanese experiences. Our prayers extend to you and the entire family.
With sincere sympathy,
Nancy, Ed, Eric and Kelly Schatz
