Although I only met Bart once or twice through his brother Thad I felt like I'd known him a lifetime, each and every family member of his that I had the pleasure of meating over a short period of time they would alway find themselves always and most surely having to bring up the most amazing person that each and every one of them had known, "Bart" Bartholomew J.S. Brown, each and every member of this WONDERFUL Family that I had come in contact with had an AMAZING story to tell about the life and travels of their beloved Bart, I had come to mentally and emotionally adopt him as one of my own brothers at times, then one day at the gym I finally got the chance and Great pleasure to meet Mr. Bart Brown, i have to tell you, with all of the exciting things that he had done in his past, all of the exciting journeys and wonderful adventures I was expecting an over zealous amount of conversation and story comparing, but what I got was far more, I met one of the biggest gentlemen and most down to earth human being I've EVER had the chance of meeting in my entire life, ya know, you have to take a step back for a moment and admire his humbleness and grace, he wasn't a bragger, he wasn't a story teller and he wasn't a hero, he was simply "Bart" to himself, but to all who knew him he was far more than that, he truly WAS a hero, and a big brother, a little brother, a son, an uncle, a nephew, a cousin and a friend, he was someone that no one else could EVER be, He was and forever will be "Bart the MAGNIFICENT" someone you'll always talk about and all of his adventures and travels will become legend to all who knew him, I myself truly feel that I have lost one of my own, although I didn't know him as good as anyone else did I knew the way people lit up when they mentioned his name, I knew how proud everyone was to say they knew him and loved him, but I can honestly say that when I did get the pleasure of meeting him i already knew him through the stories and praise that each and every person I had met that knew him shared with me, Bart will never be gone and never be far, he will continue to touch us all, in memories, in stories and most importantly in our hearts, his name and memory will be forward and felt for all time, only the ordinary be never mentioned and laid to rest, Bartholomew J.S. Brown is FAR from ordinary by any account, Peace and Love Be to Bart and his Loving Family, I have NEVER met anyone quite like your beloved Bart and a Family as devoted and as Loving as The Browns, thank you all, the pleasure is mine.
