My deepest sympathy to Mike's family. I got to know Mike while working with him over the last 12 years at Layne Christensen Company. He was one of the nicest guys I've ever worked with. He was a true gentleman and professional. His will be deeply missed at Layne and the water industry.

Dear Havener Family, We were deeply saddened to hear of Mike's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. We are so sorry that we were unable to attend Mike's service, unfortunately, we are in Wyoming. I can remember Mike on many occasions coming to our home for a poker game and always being such a gentleman! God Bless You All, Jan and Bill Vandegrift

I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Havener on a few occasions being Cara's friend at school. I always remember him making sure we had a nice breakfast of bagels and doughnuts after a fun night at the Havener household. To the entire Havener family I give my deepest sympathies. To Cara specifically, I love you like a sister and my prayers are with you through this extremely difficult and trying time.
