Irene,
We are so sad to hear of Dr. Leister's passing.
He will be remembered by SO many people. Especially our family.
I will always picture him sitting in his office with his medical books behind him with a picture of his Dad on the wall.
You did so much for our family.
My heart goes out to you. We will remember you and Howard in our prayers.
Sincere condolences to you and your family.
He was so active in our town that he touched so many lives he will ALWAYS be remembered.

Dear Irene,
Very sad to hear of Dr. Leister's passing. He was truly a great doctor, neighbor, and a man who was involved in all of the Boro, schools, and so much more.
I can still see him sitting at his desk with the picture of his father behind him with all his medical books. I will remember him that way and smile at his sense of humor(dry as it was).
He will be missed by SO many people.
Our family is the better for all of his care- And yours.
My heart goes out to you. You are in our prayers.
Love and condolences, sincerely, to you and all your family.

Doctor Leister was my doctor for more than 35 years. As he said during my last visit- he was a friend. I will miss him as a friend and as a doctor. He was a rare and wonderful doctor and I was honored to be called his friend.

Dear Mrs. Leister,
There are not many doctors who would put up with a young girl that came into his office, hop on his table, drive him crazy and call him "Howie". He was a wonderful friend to our family. Our prayers go out to you. With love, Carrie Lynne Chase-Juba
