Michele Shannon of Warminster died Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at her residence. She was 47.

Michele was the beloved wife of 20 years to William Shannon.

Born in Meadowbrook, she was the daughter of the late Richard W., Sr. and Regina Markiewicz Hoffman.

Michele was a former resident of Churchville before moving to Warminster in 1992. She was a graduate of Holy Family University receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Michele had worked as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Doylestown Hospital for over 10 years. She will be remembered as devoted wife, mother and sister and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her beloved husband William, Michele is survived by her two children, William and Joseph Shannon of Warminster and her brothers Richard W. Hoffman, Jr. and his wife Suzanne of Feasterville and David Hoffman and his wife Maureen of Southampton and her sister Denise M. Dillon and her husband John of Langhorne.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday, December 29th from 8:30am to 9:30am from the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Second Street Pike and Knowles Avenue, Southampton.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Michele Shannon Memorial, Citizen’s Bank, 200 Blair Mill Rd., Horsham, PA 19044.
