Albert H. Kurz, Jr. of Churchville, died on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at Twining Manor in Holland. He was 89.
He was the beloved husband of 62 years to the late Mary E. Maxwell Kurz
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Albert H. Kurz Sr. and Marie Kaul Kurz.
Albert was a resident of Churchville for over 40 years before moving in 2007 to Twining Village in Holland. He was a graduate of Jenkintown High School Class of 1941 and a veteran of the Army Air Force during World War II.
Albert is survived by his children and their spouses, Marita Rigolizzo and her husband John of Berlin, NJ, Albert H. "Skip" Kurz, III and his wife Amy of Raleigh, NC, Richard B. Kurz and his wife Susan of York, PA and Thomas P. Kurz of Yardley. He is also survived by his 14 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Friday May 17 from 5:00 pm until his Funeral Mass 7:00 pm at St. Vincent de Paul Church 654 Hatboro Rd. Richboro, PA 18954.
Private interment with Military Honors will be held Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory maybe made to the memorial fund of St. Vincent de Paul Church at the above address or National Foundation for Transplants, 5350 Poplar Ave. Suite 430 Memphis, TN 38119, “John Rigolizzo Fund”.
