Earl A. Blagus Jr., of Ann’s Choice in Warminster, PA died on Saturday, October 11, 2014, at Doylestown Hospital. He was 85.

He was the beloved husband of the late Lorraine Morris Blagus.

Born in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the son of the late Earl A. Sr. and Bessie L. Gray Blagus and brother of the late Thomas and Donald Blagus.

Earl was a resident of Warminster, PA for the past 4 years and formerly lived in Hatboro for 30 years. Earl graduated from LaSalle College, Class of 1965, with his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. Before his retirement in 1989, he was employed as a systems engineer with General Electric for 40 years working in their aerospace division. He was proud to have been associated with the Gemini, Apollo and the Space Shuttle systems. In his leisure time, he enjoyed camping and travelling. He will be sadly missed as a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother.

He is survived by his daughter, Deborah B. Hauck and her husband, John, of Perkasie, his son, Dennis S. Blagus of Perkasie, and his sister, Dorothy A. Coccagna of Philadelphia. He is also survived by his three grandsons; Matthew J. (Samantha) Blagus, Sean F. (Lina) Hauck and "A.J." Hauck (fiancé; Courtney DeLong) and his 2 great grandchildren; Lily and Josh.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 10:00 am until his Funeral Mass 11:00am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 235 East State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.

His interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory should be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
