Rosemary Taylor, of Doylestown, died on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. She died at home with her daughters by her side. She was 80.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Roseann (nee McIntyre) McFadden.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Rosemary grew up with a strong Irish heritage and understood that work was part of the daily routine as a child and remained throughout her life. She worked at Quest Diagnostics in Horsham until her diagnosis with cancer. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, shopping, going to the New Jersey Shore, taking in the theater but most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. The love that she shared with them will always be remembered.
She is survived by her four daughters; Kathryn (Bob) Yanetta of North Wales, Maria Taylor of Doylestown, Susan Parisi of Doylestown, and Lynn (Tony) Buccafuri of Horsham, and her four loving grandchildren Robert Yanetta III, Timothy Parisi, Thomas Parisi, and Alyssa Mangiaruga. She is also survived by her brothers John (Kay) McFadden, Eugene McFadden and her sister Eileen Powell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings Danny, Owen, Floss and Jerry.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings, Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 10:00 until her Funeral Service 11:00 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Ave., (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901. Her interment will be held privately.
