Frederick M. Powell, of Richboro, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 43.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of Frederick Powell of Bensalem and the late Margaret Meade Powell.

He is survived by his wife of almost 8 years, Danielle DiPalma Powell, and his daughter, Krista Mackenzie Powell, of Richboro.

Fred was a 1988 graduate of Bensalem Township High School. He had worked in the computer industry as an IT specialist for most of his career.

In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, especially archery. As his daughter got older, Fred began sharing these skills with her, going fishing and setting up a small archery range in the backyard for her to practice.

Fred was a loving son, husband and father, and will be dearly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their condolences to the family on Sunday, January 26, 2014 from 12:00 pm until 2:30 pm in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
