It is with great sadness that the family of David A. Ritter announces his passing from a sudden heart attack on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the age of 69. He was born March 31, 1949 to the late Clifford P. and Alice E. Hickings Ritter and has been member of the Rushland community his entire life. After graduating from Central Bucks High School in 1967, he went on to lead a full life. He began his career as a welder for Miller and Son Quarries where he worked for many years before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey by opening K and D Growers and later Warwick Green Grinders.  Dave loved animals, drag racing, and has spent time recently honing his marksmanship skills on the range. He enjoyed being around his family and friends and will be remembered by those close to him as great friend who was always there for them in their time of need.  

Dave is survived by his loving children: Daniel Ritter and his wife Erica, Megan Orlando and her husband Chris, and Patricia Ritter.  He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren Logan and Sienna Ritter and his step sons Kyle and Bryce Jamison.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewings on Friday evening August 24th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and again on Saturday morning August 25th, from 10:00 am until his Funeral Service at 11:00 am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954.  Interment will follow in Hatboro Cemetery.
