James J. Bannon passed away on June 14, 2018 at Doylestown Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was 66.
James was the loving husband of Roxann Horace “Sugar” Bannon.
Born in Philadelphia he was the son of the late James P. and Mary Harvey Bannon.
James, known as Jim to many, was taken too soon. He was hardworking, witty, and always ensured the people he loved the most were taken care of. Jim enjoyed cooking for his family and friends, spending time at the beach, and watching the Phillies and the Eagles. He will be missed by many.
In addition to his wife, James is survived by his children, Colleen Parker (Keith), James "J.T." Bannon (Lindsey). He also leaves behind his adoring grandchildren, Remi Jayms & Rogan Eugene Parker and Alessandra Brielle & James Patrick Bannon; and his sisters, Peg McHugh (Tom), Jane Lawrence (Mark) & Connie Bannon.
Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday June 22, 2018 from 9:00 AM until his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Rd., North Wales, PA 19454. Int. Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103.
