Charles “Chip” Gricius, Jr. of Kingfisher,OK, formerly of Philadelphia, beloved son of Eileen Mc Tamany Gricius, and the late Charles Gricius, Sr., died suddenly on Tuesday March 4th, at 52 years of age.

Chip was a graduate of Father Judge H.S., class of 1979 and attended Philadelphia Community College. He was employed in the Central Supply Departments of several healthcare facilities. He was an avid fisherman at LBI and Core Creek Park.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Kathleen Pecura (Robert) and Suzanne Guralnick(Mark); nieces Tara (Brian) and Brittany (Adam) and two great-nephews Charlie and Benjamin, and his uncle John Gricius, he is also survived by many cousins.

Chip’s family will receive condolences on Monday March 10, from 10:00am until his Memorial Mass and Life Celebration 11:00am in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd. Newtown, PA 18940. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association, 706 Haddonfield Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ. 08002 or the Sisters of Mercy-Merion 511 Montgomery Ave. Merion Station, PA 19006.
