THEA M. BROWN / O’DONNELL

Thea M. Brown of North Wales died peacefully on Saturday, December 16, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at home.  She was 87.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the wife of the late Thomas O’Donnell and Frederick Brown, daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth Diamond Slattery. She was also predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Thea was a graduate of Little Flower High School for Girls. Her professional career spanned many years working as a bookkeeper. Thea was a former communicant of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish when she lived in Southampton. When she moved to North Wales she became a communicant of Mary Mother of  the Redeemer Parish.

Family came first and foremost, she was the consummate homemaker, she loved doing ceramics and dancing. She will be sadly missed by her devoted family and her memory will be cherished forever.

Thea is survived by her loving children and their spouses: Thomas J. O’Donnell and his wife Sharon, Stephen M. O’Donnell and his wife Lynn, Brian D. O’Donnell and his wife Kathy, and Linda A. Joerger and her husband Leo.  She is also survived by her 10  grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, December 20th, 2017 from 8:30 am to 10:00 am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain, PA 18901 and to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM in Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Rd., North Wales, PA 19454.  Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
