Anthony G. McDonnell of Meadowbrook, PA and formerly of Metuchen, NJ died peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Manor in Meadowbrook, PA. He was 80.

Anthony was the beloved husband to the late Nancy Hulton McDonnell.

Born in Troy, NY, he was the son of the late Anthony and Elizabeth Walker McDonnell, the brother of the late William and Joseph McDonnell, and the father of the late Karen Reavill.

Anthony was the loving father of Edward and his wife Laura of Graysonville, MD, Dennis and his wife Theresa of Bedford, NH, James of Haddon Twp., NJ, Thomas and his wife Diana of Warminster, PA Mary McDonnell of Philadelphia, Anne Marie Robertson and her husband Chris of Newtown, PA, Christine Beissel and her husband Pat of Willow Grove, PA. He is also survived by his brother Stephen McDonnell, sister Rose Boyer; the mother of his children, Anna J. McDonnell; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and his son-in-law David Reavill.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Sunday, April 27th from 6:00-8:00pm in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 and to his Funeral Mass Monday, April 28th at 12:00pm in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd. Newtown, PA 18940.

Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA
