Vivian M. Reinard, of Doylestown, formerly of Jenkintown and New Hope, died peacefully on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Doylestown Hospital. She was 82.

Vivian was the beloved wife of 65 years to Ray Reinard Sr.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late William and Vivian Kirchoff Purdy and sister of the late William Purdy.

Vivian was a graduate of Frankford High School, class of 1951. She was the consummate wife, mother and homemaker. A loving and devoted wife for 65 years to her beloved Ray, she raised 3 sons and loved every minute. Her home was a warm and loving place to be, the family dinners and gatherings always a pleasure. She looked forward to travel and being with friends either at home in Bucks County, Long Beach Island and later Naples, Florida, where she always included her wonderful decorating skills. Vivian gave her time and talents to the Fox Chase Cancer Center serving on the Board of Associates for many many years. She will be sadly missed for her warm and loving ways.

In addition to her husband Ray, Vivian is survived by her loving 3 devoted sons and their spouses: Ray, Jr and his wife K C, Curtis and his wife JoAnn and Stephen Reinard. Her dear sister Joan Daughen and her husband Joseph. She is also survived by her 7 devoted grandchildren; Joseph, Curtis, Renee, Brittany, Ray III, Stephen and Blake. And her former daughter-in-law Jane Reinard.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday , November 7, 2016 from 11:30 am until her Funeral Service 1:15pm in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
