Stephanie “Stella” Glab, a resident of Doylestown for the past 17 years, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on December 3, 2015 at Neshaminy Manor. She was 97.

Stephanie was the wife of the late Anthony S. Glab.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in the Nicetown/Logan area, she was the daughter of Peter and Anna Budnick.

After her husband’s death, she moved to Center Square Towers, Doylestown, to be closer to her family. She enjoyed living in Center Square Towers and taking part in the ACTS activities club — playing bingo, taking trips to the casino and socializing with her many friends.

Stephanie is survived by her 3 children, Dorothy McCarty (Charlie), Carol Ettore (Tom Angelo) and Stan Glab (Carole), 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; preceded in death by her granddaughter, Judi Jerdan. She really enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the children, playing cards and games.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday December 7, 2015 from 8:30-10:30 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain, PA 18901 and to her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Jude Church, 321 W. Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA 18914. Her interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103.
