George was the husband of the late Ellen J. Lesnak Jolly.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas F. and Mildred C. Smith Jolly.

George proudly served this country in the Navy for four years. Upon his return from the Navy, George started a career that spanned 42 years with Sears, Roebuck & Company as a HV/AC Service Technician. He was an avid NASCAR fan and an aficionado of Ford Mustangs past and present. In his leisure, George enjoyed spending time at the shore in North Wildwood creating cherished memories with his loving family and dearest friends. George will always be remembered for his ability to live up to the Webster’s Dictionary definition of his last name and for that he will be greatly missed by everyone who has come to know and love him.

George is survived by his children; Carl M. Jolly, George W. Jolly, Jr. and his wife Jane, and Colleen S. McCarthy and her husband Lloyd. He is also the grandfather of Taylor, Rachel, Thomas, Amanda, Samantha, Katherine, Nicholas, Timmy, Kevin, and Sean.

In the place of Funeral and Interment Services, George has asked that everyone enjoy a moment at the beach with their families this summer watching the dolphins swim by!

In Lieu of Flowers contributions in his memory may be made to St. Mary Medical Center Foundation, One Summit Square 1717 Langhorne-Newtown Rd., Suite 300 Langhorne, PA 19047.
