A. Bernice Pickering Little formerly of Oakford died Saturday, March 28, 2015 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. She was 85.

She was the beloved wife of 62 years to the late Harry “Bill” W. Little, Jr.

Born and raised in Gardenville, PA she was the daughter of the late Arthur C. and Emma Long Pickering and the sister of the late Laura P. Grim, William T. Pickering, and Arthur A. Pickering.

Bernice was a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star Signet Chapter 129, and also a faithful member of Good Sheperd Lutheran Church in Southampton. She worked for many years with Goodnoe Family Restaurant in Newtown and she was also an Avon Representative. Bernice was extremely devoted to her family and especially to her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed and always remembered in the hearts of everyone who has come to know and love her.

Bernice is survived by her devoted children and their spouses, Harry A. Little and Debbie of Levittown, William G. Little and Tessie of North Las Vegas, NV and Chris Simcox, Esq. and Donald of Langhorne. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Saturday, April 4, 2015 from 9:00am until her Funeral Service 10:00am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd., (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will follow at Mechanicsville Cemetery, Mechanicsville, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 877 Street Road, Southampton PA 18966.
