Else Wecker of Warrington, PA died peacefully on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family. She was 82.
She was the beloved wife of Rolf Wecker for 56 years.
Born in Geislingen, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Mattheus and Anna Schmid Buehner.
Mrs. Wecker was a resident of Warrington for the past 16 years. She immigrated to the United States in 1953. Along with her husband, she was the owner of Ralph’s Pastry shop located in Richboro from 1973 to 1988. She was affectionately known as the “cookie lady” to many customers. Mrs. Wecker was a member of Addisville Reformed Church for over 35 years. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. Being family oriented, she cherished the special times spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
In addition to her beloved husband, she is survived by her son, Kurt R. Wecker and his wife, Diane, of Doylestown, PA, her daughter, Christine Errico and her husband, Andrew, of Newtown, PA and her three sisters, Ruth Buehner and Gerda Senft, both of Geislingen, Germany and Lotte Burits of Rockledge, PA. She is also survived by her four loving grandchildren, Matthew and Morgan Wecker and Christopher and Angela Errico.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, February 28, 2015, from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Addisville Reformed Church, 945 Second Street Pike, Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will take place in Union Cemetery, Richboro.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Addisville Reformed Church at the above address.
