Walter Trycieki
Walter Trycieki of Mechanicsville, PA died on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010 at Doylestown, Hospital. He was 88.
Walter was the beloved husband of the late Alberta Housel Trycieki and was father of the late Betty Ann Trycieki.
Walter was born and raised on the family farm in Buckingham Twp. He was the son of the late Stephen and Mary Chomik Trycieki.
Walter was a lifetime farmer who worked until having a stroke in 1992. He then resided at Buckingham Valley Nursing Home in Pineville for 18 Years. He was a long standing member of the Bucks County Farm Bureau. Walt Enjoyed hunting, gardening, and he was an avid Phillies Fan.
Walter’s brothers John, Michael and his sister Ann Holnick preceded him in death. Walt possessed a remarkable spirit in spite of his affliction. He will be dearly missed by his nephew Thomas M. Trycieki and longtime friend William Kozub and by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is survived by a step-daughter and her family Mary Hendershot and her husband Terry, his nephews Thomas M. Trycieki, Jim Holnick, and Joe Holnick, and his nieces Patti Ragghianti, Joanne Urquhart, Mary Holnick, and Shirley Holnick.
Services and Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Walter’s name may be made to the American Heart Association, 625 W. Ridge Pike Conshohocken, PA 19428-0860
