R. Mary Stezzi Cobleigh of Oakford died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at her residence. She was 92.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late John F. Stezzi who died in 1962 and the late Glen Cobleigh who died in 2009. She was the loving mother of the late Regina Mary Stezzi and sister of the late Jeanne McElroy.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jean Donnelly Keaton.

Mary has been a life long resident of Oakford, and was an original parishioner of Assumption B.V.M. Church where she spent countless hours planning and working on fundraising for the parish and school. Throughout her life, Mary has always been involved with her community managing countless civic, church, and social organizations.

Following the untimely death of her Husband, John Stezzi, Mary went to work at the Bucks County Court House where she served as receptionist for 5 different District Attorneys. Mary was known as the heart of the Office, and the woman who could breathe life into any plant near her. In 1975 she married Glen Cobleigh, and they shared a wonderful life and folded their families together as one until his death in 2009.

Mary was a gracious and dynamic woman who stopped at nothing to help others. She shared her joy of life, her unconditional love and enduring support with all who needed it and most especially with her extensive family. She was known and loved by scores of people in all walks of life because of her active and far reaching life and will be sorely missed by all of those she touched.

Mary is survived by her dearest children and their spouses, Mary Ellen and Bill Bornak, John and Diane Stezzi, Tim and Nancy Stezzi, Joe and Paula Stezzi, Mary Ann and the late Larry Michaels, and Elaine and Dick Fitzgerald. She is also survived by her brother Joseph Keaton, her sister Madeleine Fox, 21 loving grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, June 9, 2011, from 7:00 -9:00 pm and on Friday, June 10, 2011, from 8:45-9:45 am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am at Assumption B.V.M. Church 1900 Meadowbrook Rd. Feasterville, PA 19053. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Assumption B.V.M. School Tuition Assistance at the above address.
