December 27th, 2010
Christian J Keck, 83, of Warwick, PA passed away on Monday, December 27, 2010 at Abington Memorial Hospital due to complications from a heart attack.
He was born on April 12, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York.
Christian had a vast history of eclectic endeavors. He spent his formative years utilizing his innate talent for mechanics by working in a machine shop and then later repairing gaming machines at Coney Island. He was an avid pilot owning his own plane in his teen years, later he flew air transports to Alaska. He had exceptional skills for wood working that he pursued throughout his life; whether operating a cabinet and furniture-making shop or owning a children’s furniture business.
He retired in 1990 from Amtrak after thirty nine years of service. He began his railroad career firing steam engines with the Long Island Railroad; he was a railroad engineer with the New York Central, Pennsylvania Railroad and Amtrak. He served as a union organizer and later served as the elected president of the UTU local railway union. After retirement, he served as co-director of the Bucks County au pair placement service.
Chris was the loving husband of Roberta and a wonderful father to the late Christopher Keck and to his surviving children; Kathryne Hansell and husband John; Karen Trimble and Richard Brockway; Bradford Miller and wife Jill; Andrea Boyer and husband Michael. He also leaves behind his sister Ernestine Rein. He was a loving grandfather to Carrie Anne, Joshua, Jacob, Katie, Jessica, Amanda, Ross, Ethan, and Shane. With his loving nature, Chris has touched the hearts of many people throughout his life and most recently at Heritage Creek in Warwick, Pa; Ocean City, NJ and Port St Lucie, FL.

Christopher J. Gigliotti, Builder & Developer, passed away in his home on Monday, December 27, 2010. He was 80.
He was the beloved husband of 28 years to Carole Furst Gigliotti. Born in Philadelphia on December 20, 1930, he was the son of the late Columbo and Angelina Lizoli Gigliotti, and husband of the late Marian Shreiner Gigliotti.
Chris began his career in the building, development and construction industry in 1952 working along with his father as Welsh Verree Homes Inc. Chris was most recently Chairman of the Gigliotti Group in Newtown a third generation family owned business with 2 of his sons, Ron and John Gigliotti.
He was a graduate of Frankford High School and attended Millersville University.
He believed in giving back to his community and was involved in many activities; he was a Founding member and former Chairman of the Board of St. Mary Medical Center, Board of Trustees in Langhorne. An Active Member of the Board of Trustees of the Franciscan Health System, Aston, PA., Present Chairman of St. Mary Hospital Authority, Langhorne and President of One Watermark Association in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Chris Served on the Board of Directors of Frankford Trust Bank for many years, and was active in many business, civic and charitable organizations.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his children and their spouses, Chris Gigliotti and his wife Sharon Gigliotti of Doylestown, Ronald D. Gigliotti and his wife Carol of Newtown, and John C. Gigliotti and his wife Cathy of Bryn Athyn, PA and Carol Gigliotti & David Habermehl of Huntingdon Valley, PA. His 8 dear grandchildren, Nicholas, Jason, Stefan, Brittany, Matthew, Michael, Christina and Cassandra. And his sister Margaret Montemuro and her husband the Hon. Frank J. Montemuro Jr. Esq.

Christopher Stephen Dixon of Sellersville, PA lost his battle to addiction on December 27, 2010. He was 20.
Christopher is survived by his father Stephen Dixon and his wife Kimberly Wolfe Dixon, his mother Dawn M. Heisler and her husband Ryan, his two sisters Danielle Dixon and Morgan Monaghan. He is preceded in death by his Mom-mom the late Patricia Dixon and is also survived by his grandparents , Joseph Dixon, Thomas and Marlene Henshaw and Sandra Crean and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Christopher fought a constant battle against his addiction to Heroin and struggled for many years to get healthy and keep clean. His struggle has ended and he now sits in peace with our higher power. Do not be sad. He would much rather we remember all the kindness and love he held for us in his heart.

Anna D. Hoover, of Doylestown, PA died on Sunday, December 26, 2010, at Golden Living Center. She was 92.
She was the beloved wife of the late Charles M. Hoover.
Born on Christmas Day in 1918, in Worthington, PA she was the daughter of the late Arthur L. and Anna Braun Dimitt.
Anna grew up in the western Pennsylvania went to Slippery Rock University where she received her teaching certificate. She then went on to teach fifth grade in the Chartiers Valley School District in for over two decades. Then after many years of being at home and raising her children, Anna returned to college, this time at the University of Pittsburgh where graduated in the early 1960’s with her bachelor’s degree.
She was active in the Dormont Presbyterian Church before moving to Bucks County in 2007. She had a passion for genealogy research and spent countless hours quilting and sewing.
She is survived by her daughter Charlotte Nichols and her husband Daniel of Charles Town, WV, and her son Herbert Hoover and his wife Linda of Doylestown, PA. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren

Angelina Gambino Iannacone of Twining Village in Holland, PA died peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2010, at her residence. She was 85.
She was the beloved wife of 63 years to Michael Iannacone.
Born in Hoboken, NJ, Angelina was the daughter of the late John and Mary Passamonte Gambino and sister of the late Salvatore Gambino.
Mrs. Iannacone has been a resident of Holland for the past 4 years since residing in Barnegat for 20 years and previously for 35 years in Washington Township, Bergen County, NJ. She graduated from A.J. Demarest High School in Hoboken, NJ and was a secretary for 20 years at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ. Angelina was a family oriented woman who enjoyed cooking fabulous meals for her family and dear friends. She will be sorely missed by everyone who has come to know and love her.
In addition to her beloved husband Michael, Angelina is survived by her two sons and their wives, Michael R. and Joanne Iannacone of Newtown, PA, and George and Mary Iannacone of Solon, OH. She is also survived by her sister Josephine Timbo of Hilton Head, SC, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Ruth F. Beck of Churchville died peacefully on Thursday, December 23, 2010, at her home surrounded by her family. She was 95.
She was the beloved wife of the late John V. Beck.
Born in Plymouth, NC, she was the daughter of the late Stuart Newton and Helen Sullivan Matthias and mother of the late John V. Beck Jr.
Mrs. Beck was a resident of Churchville for the past 5 years and formerly lived in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia for 49 years. She was a past communicant of St. Timothy Church before joining St. Vincent de Paul Church in Richboro. Ruth was an avid reader and enjoyed bowling for many years. She always enjoyed the special times spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed as a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her two children, Robert J. Beck and his wife, Linda, of Churchville, Helen M. Spinelli and her husband, Michael, of Langhorne and her daughter-in-law, Betty Ann Beck of Medford, NJ. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Harry J. Lawall Jr., “Bud”, of Newtown died on Monday, December 20, 2010, at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. He was 55.
He was the beloved husband of Donna M. Schneider Lawall for 33 years.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Rosemary Malone Lawall of Holland and the late Harry Lawall Sr.
Bud was a resident of Newtown for 20 years and formerly lived in Holland. He graduated from Holy Ghost Preparatory School, Class of 1972 and received his bachelor degree in 1976 from New York University. In 1977, along with his father, he started and established an orthotic prosthetic business, Harry J. Lawall & Son, located in Philadelphia. In his leisure time, he enjoyed boating and golfing especially at the shore. Being family oriented, he always enjoyed the special times spent with his children and grandchildren. He will be sadly missed as a loving husband, father, son, brother, “Pop” and friend.
In addition to his loving wife and mother, he is survived by his four children, Andrea M. Roque and her husband, Daniel, of New York, NY, Susan T. Esposito and her husband, Justin, of Philadelphia, PA, Harry J. Lawall III and Stephanie M. Charles J. Seitter, Jr., of Warminster died on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Majestic Oaks Health Care Center. He was 91.
Charles was the beloved husband the late Elmira A. Hedrick Seitter. Born in Philadelphia he was the son of the late Charles J. Sr. and Elizabeth Dietz Seitter.
Charles was a resident of Southampton before moving to Warminster where is has lived for the past 20 years. He retired in 1981 after 30 years in the shipping and receiving department for Standard Press Steel and Kaiser-Fraser Manufacturing Companies. An avid collector of Stamps and Coins of all eras, Charles was especially fond of his Die cast car collection that spanned many decades of collecting. In his spare time he enjoyed playing the accordion and was a playing member of the Penndel String Band and was proud to be a Mummer. He was devoted to his children and grandchildren and was their most faithful supporter of all their events. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is survived by his children; Charles J. Seitter, III and his wife Diane, Jeffrey A. Seitter and his wife Sue and Joann E. Seitter , his 2 brothers Roy S. and Donald Seitter and his 2 sisters, Rosemarie Murray and Grace McBride. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Charles E. “Chuck” Nicholas passed away on December 18th after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family. Seldom has a man displayed truer grit in the face of continual medical adversity. He was 72.
Born in 1938 in Endicott, NY he was the son of the late Christopher and Mary (Como) Nicholas.
Chuck grew up working in his family’s grocery store, Nicholas Market, and graduated from Union-Endicott High School in 1956. He graduated from Rider College in Lawrenceville, New Jersey in 1960 with a degree in Business Administration — the first member of his family to do so — where he became a member of Kappa Phi Fraternity. At Rider he met the love of his life, Judith Poole Bitler, with whom he shared 49 years of loving marriage. God blessed him with a truly devoted and loving wife.
From college Chuck was drafted into the U.S. Navy, where he served from1960-62 aboard the U.S.S. Allagash — “the pipeline of the seas” — which allowed him to see the world.
Following his honorable discharge he began a 26-year career with Goodall Rubber Company in Trenton, NJ as a Personnel Assistant. He rose to become their Senior Vice President of Labor Relations and Human Resources worldwide. After Goodall Rubber, he was hired as Director of Labor Relations for IMO Industries, a Fortune 500 company in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
For the past 15 years he co-owned Bucks County Concrete technology with his neighbor and friend Ron Greene. Their motto was “So much concrete, so little time”.
Chuck served both his home and work communities in many capacities as a founding member of the Mercer County Chapter of the Industrial Research Association, a member of the Delaware Valley Personnel Association, a certified executive of the American Society of Personnel Administration, Rider College Alumni Association, and the Board of Directors of the Camp Fire Girls. He also served as the only Republican member of the Bristol Township School Board in the mid 1970’s. In 1997 Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge appointed him to the state’s Unemployment Compensation Advisory Board.
Chuck was happiest working in his garden and loved nothing better than cooking for his family and friends.
A loving family man, he is survived by his wife, Judith, and two sons, Christopher of Harrisburg, PA, and Matthew of Bedminster, PA, their wives Christal and April, and five grandchildren: Carson, Tucker, Adrianna, Maria and Francesca. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, Mikel and Peter Krauss, their spouses, nieces, nephews and many wonderful cousins and family who will remember him with enduring affection.
His family would like to express their gratitude to the many care givers who worked with Chuck at Doylestown Hospital, Neshaminy Manor, Chandler Hall, and Bayada Nurses as well as his long time physician and friend, Dr. Andrew Krick. Not to be forgotten is the love and support received from caring friends and neighbors.
His family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 10:30 AM until his Funeral Service 11:30 AM at Trinity Episcopal Church, 2631 Durham Road Buckingham, PA 18912. His interment will be held privately.

Anna G. Walton of Holland died Saturday, December 18, 2010 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. She was 91.
Anna was the beloved wife of the late Alfred H. Walton.
Born in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Frances Palmer Glenn.
Anna was a former resident of Philadelphia and has been a resident of Holland for over 30 years. She was a faithful and devoted member of the Scottsville United Methodist Church in Langhorne and was a member of the church choir and various committees. Anna fostered many friendships over the years. She enjoyed quality times spent with her family and vacations at Stone Harbor, NJ. She will be deeply missed by her family and by all who came to know her.
Anna is survived by her two children, Sally W. Walker and her husband Robert and David M. Walton, all of Holland. In addition, she is survived by her two grandchildren, Amy and her husband Jason Tomes and Robert Walker, Jr. and his wife Stefanie and her two great grandchildren, Robert and Jonathan and her many nieces and nephews.
