Joseph D. Delfini died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was 70.
Joseph was the beloved husband of 47 years to Olga D. Sochatska Delfini.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Vincent J. and Margaret Kennedy Delfini and brother of the late James V. Delfini.
Joseph has been a resident of Churchville since 1975. He attended the University of Scranton and eventually graduated from St. Joseph University. Joseph was an accomplished Certified Public Accountant and worked for various firms throughout the years. He worked for NW Ayer, Colonial Beef Company and his later years with Meiji-en Restaurant, Collex and Rhino World Inc. Joseph was a veteran of the US Army and was a communicant of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Richboro. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoyed the Eagles and the Phillies. Joe will be deeply missed by his family and by everyone that came to know him.
In addition to his beloved wife Olga, Joseph is survived by his three sons; John P. Delfini and his wife Tanya of Ottsville, Vincent J. Delfini of North Wales and Daniel Delfini and his wife Eileen of Furlong. He is also survived by his sister, Dana Delfini of Glen Mills and his seven grandchildren, Arianna, Nicole, Sophia, Matthew, Natalia, Emily and Ava.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday, April 26th from 9:00am until his Funeral Mass 10:30am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954.
Interment will follow at Lawnview Cemetery in Rockledge.

Dolores R. Elm of Holland passed away peacefully Monday, April 22, 2013. She was 75.
Born in Philadelphia, Dolores was the daughter of the late George and Anna Sattazahn Russell.
Dolores was a long time resident of Bucks County, residing in Richboro and Holland. Her service was personified by her dedication to the children in her community at Dr. Isaac Abir’s office in Richboro. She will be remembered as a consummate giver to all.
Dolores is survived by her children, Joseph R. Elm and his wife Valerie (Young) of Wellington, FL, Pamela A. DeFlavees of Trumbauersville, PA, and Sean M. Elm and his wife Kelly (Hough) of Woolwich Twp, NJ. In addition, she is survived by her sister Carolyn Adele Russell of Virginia Beach, VA and her brother Steven Russell and his wife Debra Fickler of Radnor and her 5 grandchildren, Jack, Heather, Trevor, Kiel and Shannon and her niece Amanda and nephew George.
Relatives and friends are invited to call Thursday, April 25th from 10:00am until her Funeral Mass 11:00am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Rd. Holland, PA 18966. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn. Luncheon will follow.

Joyce Block (known as Ma Joyce), passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013, with all her children at her side. She was 90.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Joyce was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jenny Goldstein Altman.
Joyce was a dancer, appearing in several Broadway shows, including the original Oklahoma. While recuperating at a resort from a dance injury, she met Carl Block, a musician, who was performing there. They fell in love, and shared 60 years of loving marriage before Carl passed away in 2002.
In the early 1950s the Blocks moved to Harlingen, NJ, which Joyce loved. From there, they took the family to Phoenix, AZ, which was too hot… so off to Buffalo, NY, where their house was a haven of late night coffee klatches, young people and spirited ideas, including one of the first women’s liberation meetings in the area.
Joyce and Carl moved to New Hope in 1975, where they were both a vital part of the community. Later, they settled in Doylestown, and continued their open door policy, welcoming many for what became celebrated Sunday dinners.
Joyce was an activist until the end. She was among the first to call attention to voter ID regulations, and proud to participate in the lawsuit to reverse the bill.
Throughout her life, Joyce was a positive force, touching the lives of those who met her. She inspired people to believe in themselves, and she was the best example of kindness and a loving heart.
Joyce lived for her children, and there were many. She leaves behind
Tom, Randee Sue, Teddy, Jamie, Tim, Cathy, 14 grandchildren, all their spouses, whom she considered her children, and 10 great grandchildren, including one born 6 days before she died.

Stanley E. Fluck of Furlong, PA died Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown after an arduous struggle with cancer. He was 55.
Stanley was the beloved husband of 29 years to Marie A. Wojtkielewicz Fluck.
Born in Darby, PA, he was the son of the late Stanley A. and Theresa Grasso Fluck.
Stanley was a long time resident of Philadelphia before moving to Willow Grove in 1989. He and his family eventually moved to Warminster in 1998 and recently moved to Furlong in 2011. Stan worked at UPS from August 1977 until his retirement in January 2013. He began his career as a part-time employee while attending school, and was promoted into supervision. Stan was promoted several times during his career, and rose to the position of Division Manager. During his career, Stan worked in many areas in Metro Philadelphia, including Industrial Engineering, Hub and Feeders, Labor and many special assignments. He was a Communicant of St. Cyril of Jerusalem Church in Jamison. Stanley loved spending time with his family and living a leisurely lifestyle at his house in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. He will be deeply missed by his family and by all who came to know him.
In addition to his beloved wife Marie, Stanley is survived by his two daughters, Angela Racioppi and her husband, Rick, of Phoenixville and Stephanie Fluck of Furlong. He is also survived by his two brothers, Dennis Fluck and his wife Candi and Brian Fluck, all of Aldan, PA and was the special “Pe Pop” to his three grandchildren, Nicholas, Vivian and Vincent. Also loving uncle, brother-in-law and loyal friend.

James E. Kinney of Churchville, Northampton Township, died peacefully at his home on Friday April 19, 2013. He was 79.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the beloved husband of Joan Smith Kinney for the past 56 years and son of the late Samuel J. and Frances Kinney.
Jim was a resident of Northampton Township for 41 years. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Philadelphia where he also played football; he received his degree in Business Administration from Temple University. Jim was a veteran of the United States Army having served in Germany. Jim’s professional career in the Food Service Industry spanned 45 years. He worked in sales for Keebler Company, Food Trade News and several other companies that he represented.
Jim was dedicated and devoted to his community. He was a Republican Committeeman for many years and served selflessly for two decades as a member and former Chairman of the Northampton Township Board of Supervisors. During his terms in office, Jim was responsible, along with his fellow board members for the development of the Comprehensive plan that helped preserve much farmland, the televising of township meetings, improving the townships roads, intersections and traffic signals. Most notable was the building of the Northampton Senior Center on Township Road, which has benefited so many township residents.
After his terms on the Board, Jim continued to serve the residents of his community, as a liaison to the Supervisors and on several other Townships boards. He was also the head of the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging and served as Administrative Officer for Public Affairs in Bucks County. Jim was known for his quiet way and delicate manner in bringing people together. What many don’t know or realize is how instrumental Jim and his side kick Pete Palestina were in getting the new library, new fire house and saving the old Richboro School and a beautiful park built from free Navy land, and most of all, keeping taxes low and so much more.
Jim could be seen often at the Senior Center with his friends enjoying a game of pool or being a star on the Bocce Court or looking for a game of golf. His beloved wife Joan would often remark, that she now has her kitchen table back for family and friends.
In addition to his wife Joan, he is survived by his children and their spouses; James E. Kinney, Jr. Carolyn K. DuMont and her husband Kirk and Robert W. Kinney and his wife Rebecca. He is also survived by his 3 granddaughters; Ashley Lynn DuMont-Szendiuch, Lauren C. DuMont and Jacqueline K. DuMont.

Monica R. Parker, of Stockton, NJ died on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Hunterdon County Medical Center. She was 60.
She was the beloved wife of 28 years to Mark S. Parker.
Born in La Grange, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret Koschnitzky Roth.
Monica has been a resident of Stockton for the past 23 years. She had grown up in Mt. Laurel, and was a graduate of Holy Cross High School.
Monica was a devoted and loving wife to her husband and good friend to many. She was a creative and gifted gardener who every year transformed her backyard into a serene hideaway. The hard work was always appreciated and admired by her family, friends and especially her dog Puzzle. Her strong spirit and loving ways will always be remembered and admired.
In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her sister Marie Roth of Eugene, OR and her brother Bob Roth of Denver, CO.

Eleanor Maychak DiGiuseppe of Souderton died peacefully on Thursday April 18, 2013. She was 85.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the beloved wife of the late Frank DiGiuseppe and daughter of the late Theodore and Rose Dubis Maychak.
Eleanor was a resident of Souderton for the past 4 years, having lived in Huntingdon Valley from 1968 to 2009. Eleanor worked as a clerk for the Pennsylvania Unemployment Department in Philadelphia, the Milton Ross Company in Southampton and Gilbreth Company in Bensalem, during her working career. She was a devoted wife and mother who knew the family came first. Her grandchildren, where the light of her life and she looked forward to being with them often.
Eleanor was outgoing and made lots of friends and enjoyed their company, especially playing cards and bingo. She will be sadly missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her.
Eleanor is survived by her devoted children and their spouses; Ellen F. Eversole and her husband Kim, Diane R. Doyle and her husband Robert, Robert E. DiGiuseppe and his wife Karen and Debra A. Laule and her husband Kirk. She is also survived by her 7 dear grandchildren; Daniel, Kyle, Ryan, Michael, Timothy, Allie and Nicholas.

Mary L. Conway, of Perkasie, PA, at the age of 76, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at her home.
Born in LaSalle, IL, she was the daughter of the late Robert F. and Mary Louise Reinhard Dettelbach.
Mary was a resident of Bucks County for more than 40 years. She grew up in Glen Rock, NJ and graduated from Ridgewood High School, Class of 1954. In 1958 Mary received her bachelor degree in English from Ursuline College in Cleveland, OH. Mary’s professional career as an administrative assistant included employment at: Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Doylestown, Doylestown Hospital, and Holicong Middle School. She spent the last 11 years of her career with Bucks County Intermediate Unit before retiring in 2001.
She loved watching the Phillies, the Eagles, and PGA golf tournaments. Her interests varied from reading fiction, decorating, gardening, and enjoying musicals and plays. She had a strong focus on her Catholic faith and her church.
Family played an important part of her life and she always enjoyed the special times spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
She is survived by her six children, Kelley Conway, Peter and Tiffany Conway, Mary Pat and Lindsay Beswick, Dave and Carol Conway, Carol and Tom Schwind, Kate and Matt Pecic and the father of her children, Terry Conway. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Ed Pirnat, her brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Gerri Dettelbach, her 13 grandchildren; Colin Conway, Kendall Conway, Jessica Beswick, Quinn Beswick, Jake Conway, Max Conway, Patrick Schwind, Maura Schwind, Katherine Schwind, Delaney Schwind, Ryan Schwind, Molly Pecic and Aubrey Pecic, and her dog, Dixie.

Charles Joseph Benz III of Southampton Estates died peacefully on Monday, April 15, 2013, at his residence. He was 72.
He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia C. Burrows Benz.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Charles J. II and Maria Leahy Benz.
Mr. Benz was a resident of Southampton for the past 6 years. He formerly lived in Holland. Before retiring in 1995, he was employed as an agent for the Internal Revenue Service in Philadelphia. He was a train enthusiast, especially of steam engine trains. Charles was a member of the National Railway Historical Society and was the founding member of the local chapter in Yardley. He enjoyed gardening and working on projects around his home. He also enjoyed photography.
He is survived by his three daughters, Diana Racher and her husband, Michael, Janet Lowe and her husband, Gregg, and Denise Benz. He is also survived by his brother, Edward Benz and one granddaughter, Jenna.

Edward J. Fossett, Jr., of Swainton, NJ (formerly of Bonita Springs, FL, Yardley, PA and Northeast Phila.), died on April 15, 2013 at the Atlanticare Regional Medical Center. He was 87.
Edward was the beloved husband of 65 years to the late Margaret M. Fossett.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Edward J., Sr. and Eleanor K. McGonigle Fossett, and brother of the late John J. Fossett.
Edward was a graduate of Northeast Catholic High School for Boys, Class of 1944 and earned his bachelor degree in Business Administration from La Salle University in 1952. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy having served from 1944 to 1946 aboard the LST 994 during World War II. He was employed by A.P. Green Industries in Philadelphia for 36 years before retiring as the Eastern Regional Sales Manger. In his leisure time, he enjoyed golf, tennis and basketball.
Edward is survived by his children, Edward J. Fossett III and his wife Susan, John Charles Fossett and his wife Joanne, Michael F. Fossett and his wife Cherie, Thomas J. Fossett and his wife Karin, Kathleen Phillips, Mary Ellen Roberts and her husband Michael, Joseph P. Fossett and Michelle Bray and her husband Brian, and his brother: Harry W. Fossett, husband of Maureen. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
