You were a beautiful man, and one of the friendliest, most caring people I know. I am so sorry you lost your life, but GOD has a plan for you. Sometimes its hard to know what that is. My prayers are with you and your family.

I had the pleasure of coaching Mike for a few years. He always gave 100% and was a real team player. He stuck up for his teammates many times. The thing I remember most about Mike was, when ever I had to sit him or come down on him about penalties he never cried or complained about it. He took it like a man and I really had a lot of respect for him for being that way. He was always fun at practice and games and was a BIG part of our success. Even though he is gone, he will always be remembered and respected by me and his teammates.
