Her pride and love for you was obvious in her letters. I could see her beautiful smile as I read each and every word. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. She was a lifelong friend. Our world has changed forever, Karen and I have been best friends for 30 years. Our families have grown so close together. We will continue to keep our families close. My deepest condolences to the Samson family. I spent my share of time with Karen in high school, and she was a wonderful young lady. I see that the life she had spent here had been fruitful. Her classmates miss her truly.
