Hi. I am very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I will remember her and your father as very nice people. I remember being with them on a number of Bucks County Audubon birding trips and how much fun it was to have them in the group. She will be missed by myself and a lot of other birders in Bucks county.

It was with great sadness that we learned of your mother's passing. She was a remarkable woman and touched so many lives in so many ways. She was a driving force in creating open space in Northampton, having the spunk and fire to make things happen. It was a pleasure to have she and your father as neighbors, and, in later years, to share the table with your mother when the Rocksville ladies gathered. I always marveled at her energy and enthusiasm....she indeed was a role model for all of us. Our deepest sympathies to you.

Our sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. We went on quite a few trips with your parents, and all of us had a wonderful time. I recall how much she and Margie enjoyed wildflowers and plants aong with the birds that we had come to see. You all were much in her heart.

Dear Lish,

My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. What a blessing it was that your mom was able to see your babies. I thought it was wonderful how she demanded to see her grandsons! What spunk!

This must be such a bittersweet time for you. I can't imagine. But please know that I am thinking of you and I hope to be able to see you soon. In sympathy and with love, Christa.

Ricky, Susan and Alicia,

We wish to express our sincerest sympathy on the passing of your mother.

We spent many good times with both your Mom and Dad on several birding trips in the U.S., Canada and especially our trip to France. Your mom loved birding and nature. She was always interested in knowing everything about the natural world not just the birds but plants, trees, insects. Always capturing what she saw in her journals.

We will miss her and know you will always remember her when you are outdoors enjoying nature.

Gerry, Chris and France
