Frank R. Kulscar

I wish to convey my heartfelt condolences to Carleen and her family in this time of loss. Like Steve Evers, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Frank for the past five years. Frank displayed everyday how to balance his personal relationship with clients and professional peers with a drive to champion the causes and needs of the health care organizations he championed. I will always think of Frank with that twinkle in his eye as he supported, challenged and lead us in our shared goal of serving our client, often with a great sense of humor. He has been an inspiration and a role model for me. In our professional world, he leaves a void that few could fill.

Frank was one of those people who immediately charmed you the minute you met him. I remember Frankie doing his second (or was it third) sketch for an office addition to our house. When we finally decided to build a full addition 12 years ago, he did a magnificent design. That's what is great about being an architect; your work lasts long after your time on this earth is gone. God Bless you Frank and your Family.

Dear Kulscar family,
You have my sincere sympathy and condolences regarding Frankie's death... he will always be Frankie in my mind! As a family, you have been challenged by his lifelong health issues and have set an example of love and compassion for us all. What a wonderful level of all-around success Frank had achieved. May wonderful and joyous memories help heal your hearts. I am holding you all in the Light.
Sincerely, Elaine

I am so fortunate to have worked with Frank over the last 7 years. He was a consummate professional, a great and sincere friend and respectful to everyone he met. I will never forget his love of life. We had many great times together socially both at work and at related events. He and Carleen the last ones on the dance floor...
He will be deeply missed, our prayers are with Frank's family.
