Chris and I were teammates on the IUP Ice Hockey team. He was a great guy and a great player. He was always positive and always willing to help someone when needed. We would make the 45 minute drive in his car to Kittaning, PA for hockey practice, and had some great laughs along the way. He was remembered in the Spring 2013 issue of IUP Magazine, and will always be remembered in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, pets and anyone else who loves him.

A close friend of the family with very strong faith once told me that when his time came, he had hoped to go to sleep one night and when he opened his eyes the next day he'd be looking at God. He passed about two weeks later but it always gave me comfort knowing that he went to sleep the woke up to see God. I have a feeling this is how Chris's journey went. I have so many amazing memories of Chris and a lot of fun times and challenges we shared. I can't say enough how much he'll be missed. My heart goes out to Chris's family!

What great memories growing up with Chris. We had such great times together in the neighborhood and he always made everyone laugh and smile. Seeing Penn and Teller for my 18th birthday with him was such a great time along with numerous other times shared with Mike Formica, Mark Rebuck, Mark Mullin and Robin Spoll. Tons of laughs!!!!! Chris will be missed by many. May you and your family find peace in beautiful memories and may God guide you through this most difficult time. RIP Chris

We have some very fond memories of Chris from our teen years. I know I wont forget his passion for music and the energy he would draw from it. No doubt if you knew him - you probably liked him.
Not surprised God wanted him for his own - but not so soon.
We offer Chris's Family sincere condolences.
