Condolences for
Helen Starrs (Fried)

Thank you to everyone who commented, called, e-mailed, came to one of the services or just said a little prayer in their heart for Helen. We will miss her terribly, but are trying to embrace the words of Dr. Seuss, "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it was."

we lived right across from No 2 all our life. Our condolences to the family
From some of the senior citizens who remembered her so fondly. we have a playground reunion with 35 "kids" from the early 50's getting together for the past few years. Mrs. Starr's was the teacher all of us had.
I know around NJ many of us are thinking of good times we had at number 2

Thank you Mrs. Starrs for being such a great teacher and person. I can still envision being in your classroom at No. 2 school some 55 years ago. May you rest in peace.
