Jack was a great goalie and friend. He always made me laugh and made lots of jokes. I always loved it when Jack played tricks on people and threw ice at me and his teammates in the locker room.

I will always remember his enthusiastic spirit and dediciation to hockey. I know that Jack will always be smiling in heaven.

Martha and Brian:
I never met you or your son but I've known Margie for 27 years at work and all she talked about were how much she loved all her nieces and newphews, Jack Included. I know your are beside yourselves right now, but my only condolonces are that I know you were great parents and just be proud that you had such a WONDERFUL son. Im sorry for your loss, as I have a 11 year old myself and can't imagine the pain. My thoughts and payers are with you and your family. Remember all the joy he brought to you for the 12 years you had him. and Be strong for your other children..
