We feel such profound sadness for all of you as we share in your grief over the loss of Jack. What a wonderful son and brother he was to you! Jack has created so many wonderful and lasting memories in the hearts of those he touched throughout his life. He will be greatly missed.
You are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. May God give you strength and peace knowing that your wonderful angel is in heaven, waiting for that one day when we all will be reunited. May God bless you.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathy at this most difficult time...we are deeply saddened to hear about the loss of Jack. My son, Austin, was Jack's teammate on the in-house Canucks team. Austin is truly heartbroken over the loss of his friend and wore Jack's number, #82, on his hand throughout the weekend as a tribute to his teammate. Please know that your family is in our hearts and thoughts.
Our sincerest condolences,
Jillian DiMuzio and Austin Mower

Brian and Martha,
Please be assured of my prayers for you. It was a privilege to have trained Jack to serve God and the Church as an altar server. God is with you in your grief. Remember, for those who die in Christ, life is changed not ended.
