Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

I remember the first time I saw Jack was at our spring team hockey. i always admired his dedication to the game, and he always brought a smile to my face. when we won the championship, Jack was as eager as he could be to get under the pile of kids. The next season, when we needed a goalie, I knew who to go to. Jack will always be in my thoughts, and I will be praying for you all through this horrible time. I not only lost a teammate, but a great friend.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Danchak family at this time. Jack was a complete joy to watch on and off the ice. The memories we have of him will live on in each and every one of us. We will miss him immensely! #82 will be in our hearts forever.

Martha & Brian, There are no words to express the sorrow we all feel over the loss of Jack. Everyone is absolutely heartbroken.
