Condolences for
Gloria Mae Rinker (Shafer)

Thursday, April 18th | Comment by: Phyllis Geller

I am so saddened by the news of Gloria's passing! I had the pleasure of knowing her through the Oxford Valley Ladies Golf Association.

Gloria was such fun; her winning smile and infectious laugh won me over as soon as we met. And, of course, we had many conversations about our Winnebago RV's, our favorite toys!

OVLG won't be the same without Gloria, that's for sure!

She will be missed!

May she rest in peace.

Dear Uncle Gordon, Jane, Dave, Jill and families,

We are deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved wife, precious mother and adoring grandmother. She brightened our lives with her infectious smile and her abounding energy that just drew people to her. Aunt Gloria was my mother’s friend as well as one of her devoted sisters. Whenever we visited for holidays or for picnics, Aunt Gloria’s gift to us was the joy of seeing her countenance light up the whole room with laughter, fun, and a beaming smile. I will always remember you Aunt Gloria, I love you.
Uncle Gordon, I pray that God comforts you and the whole Rinker family and keeps you all in the palm of His hand these coming days and beyond.

Love, Diane, Tim, Steven and Tyler Hallam
