I have had the pleasure of working with Bill since he took the position of Director of Fleet Services with Utilicon. Bill's knowledge of equipmenat and his willingness to help in every situation has always been a huge help to my Region. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. So sorry for your loss. What a great guy.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill during my career at PECO Energy. He was the consummate professional who would go out of his way to help with any issue. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Flemming family.

Although I did not work directly with Bill at PECO Energy I often called on Bill for his help on many different projects, nothing was ever too much trouble for Bill he always greeted me with his friendly smile. He will be missed.
