Sending good energy to Tom, Timmy & Dell. I loved working with Tom, no one on this planet made physics and obstacle handling as fun as Tom did. Truly one of the big brains of our world, always a treat to watch him in action and also watching him torture Leonid Zaslofsky and play jokes on the staff. Always had a work hard and play hard attitude. He told me once I was not an R&D assistant, I was a rheologist and viscosity expert which I still consider myself to be.

Dear Dell and family,
We were out of town and just heard of Tom's passing later today, from Hal Heller. Bob and Tom were both in Ed Thelen's section at Franklin Institute Research Laboratories in the 1960's. Tom was a dear friend and a pleasure to work with. He was like sunshine in the labs and brightened our days!
With love and deepest sympathy.

I had the great pleasure of working with Tom for many years at Penn Emblem and playing a few rounds of golf with him. I had nothing but respect at the work ethic Tom displayed, he always seemed to find an answer. I was very lucky to have considered Tom a friend. My condolences to Dell, Tim, and the Haigh family.

Tom and I worked together at The Franklin Institute many years ago. He will be sorely missed. He was always happy and kind to all. My prayers and deepest sympathy to the Haigh family.
