I will never forget Alex's welcoming smile, contagious laughter, and warm personality. I was Alex's 7th grade English teacher and he made my first year of teaching incredibly memorable. We would always bump into each other in the halls of Tennent and around town when he was home from school. I will always cherish the "brotherly" advice he said he was giving me. He is a son to a couple, a family member to many, and a friend to all...Alex will stay with all of us in our own special way.

RoseAnn and John,
We are so very devastated for you and your family! I have no words but I will say that Alex was a pleasure to know! He was an awesome baseball player and I can recall many games with all of us on the sidelines cheering that team on !! I ran into Alex some time ago, riding his bike near Maplewood Swim Club. I hadn't seen him in years and I called out to him from the car and he yelled back, Hey, Mrs. Leonard!! Smiling away!! Peace to you all.... Prayers and hope coming your way from the Leonard Family.
Sincerely,
Barb, Bob, Kevin, Stephanie, Bobby and Christopher
