Kenny was such a sweet soul and he will be missed forever. I will never forget all of the love and support he showed me in particular, and my entire family, during the loss of my parents last year. He was always there as a shoulder to cry on; stopping by Timmy's house to check on us every day--several times a day, driving us places, keeping us company and making us laugh, going to the store--whatever we needed. Nothing was too much to ask. He has been a lifelong friend to the Murphy family and will be remembered as such a warm, funny, sweet guy. He was like a brother to Tim and Jane and an uncle to Lauren. It breaks my heart to think of how you all must be feeling at this time. I wish I could be back home giving each of you a hug but we are sending much love and light to you all as you struggle to get through. We know what it is to lose a brother too soon and wish much healing for you all during this difficult time. Sending all of our love, Katie, Mike and Eleanor Hardiman (Katie Murphy)

I've only really known Kenny for a few years, though I was his cousin. When we did meet, we immediately bonded, and Kenny accepted me as though we have always been friends. I will truly miss you, your smiling face, and your loving attitude toward everyone. Say hello to your Dad, Gram (my Aunt Alice), Tucker, and Uncle Tom and Aunt Lillian, and Nancy. My guess is that they were all right in front to greet you. And thanks for your Love.

Sometimes in life, we take things for granted such as growing up with such a wonderful family filled with aunts, uncles and cousins. Kenny, was someone special and we were all so fortunate for having known him. Until we meet again, may god hold you in the palm of his hand.
