Wednesday, September 4th | Comment by: Franny McKechney

Once in a lifetime a special person comes to earth and I was blessed to have that special person be my friend Clarice. I've known Clarice since we were almost babies on Millick St. She was a joy to everyone who knows her. I will never forget you and will miss you very much. To her beautiful family, I pray God will help you through this difficult time. Please keep in touch.
Till we meet again.

We are so sorry to hear of Clarice's passing. My mother in law Fran has been her friend for 70 some years,Clarice, Ed and the children were an extended family to the McKechney's. Bill and I have enjoyed her company here in FL several times. She would say she always looked forward to our Xmas photo card so she could see how our children had grown. She was a special lady and wonderful friend. Our prayers are with you all to get through this difficult time. She will always be with you in your hearts and happy memories.

We have been together for over 60 years, and Joan much longer than that. We had great discussions, lots of laughs, trips, home and abroad. We've been through sad times together but stayed close. Clare was our lynchpin, calling us together when we would stray. We will miss her so very much. Prayers and love to her family.

I was saddened at the news of Clare's passing. I got to know Clare through my mother Rose that worked at HRH with her. They were great friends. Even after mom retired they kept in touch! When my mom passed suddenly, Clare called me to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything I was to call her! She said she would keep us in her prayers! Of course I thanked her and agreed to keep in touch! Then I moved away to Nevada and lost touch.few years later on a trip back to Philly I thought about her and called her! We got together and soon it was like I never left! We were laughing and catching up like old friends! Lucky for me she was a forgiving person! I loved her she made me feel close to my mom when we were together, for that I will be eternally grateful! Rest in Gods arms , Clare! No one deserves to be there more than you! I'll miss you! Love Toni Marie
