I had the pleasure of working with Joann for the past ten years. I enjoyed hearing about her family, and chatting about her favorite restaurants, TV programs, and the things she did on her weekends, and during her trips to visit Tim, Lauren and Emily. We all miss her very much. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this extremely difficult time.
